Jim founded and operated Socal Financial Network, an individual and small business consulting service since 1986. He has established dozens of professional network contacts that continues to provide a vast array of resources for our clients. He has also been investing in Real Estate.
As a Real Estate Investor since 1998, he has handled over a hundred fifty transactions since that time, many requiring his creative real estate services expertise. He has rehabbed properties from the ground up and used creative financing to transact much of the business.
Jim's educational background includes a BA in business administration, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from National University.
He spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy in the Nuclear Power Program, with his most senior station being Engineering Watch Supervisor where he supervised a Critical Nuclear Reactor and Engine Room at sea and in port in shutdown mode.
Jim has spent 34 years, since 1979, in pursuit of personal growth and Transformation.
He has about three years accumulated time spent in workshops and trainings for spiritual and personal growth and transformation.
Jim loves personal growth experiences, racing motorcycles specifically sidecars, tennis, reading and connecting with new people. In addition, he keeps abreast of developments in Physics and enjoys studying Advances in Brain Science and Human Behaviour.
